When you include the OCX file in the directory which contains the files to produce the setup disks, the OCX will show up in the list of files (last page). In this page you have to go to the OCX line and click the column that says it is a OCX. That will guarantee its registration upon instalation.
Some times one OCX will only function if other OCX are already registered (MFC42, for example). That depends on the dependecies of the OCX. This you have to figure out for each OCX individually.
