Dont you just hate that ... tried it in Mousedown and click

Didn't think about mouseup ... been one of those weeks ... and its only monday<g>

FWIW ... after testing ... it would appear that NODEFAULT needs to
be put in both MouseUp() and MouseDown() otherwise the background
changes state on the down and is not reset up the up. GO figure.
