Why are you removing the nodes when the user collapses the branch? This creates more headaches and causes the exact problem you are describing.

>With Microsoft Treeview control I am trying to add 50 (say) child nodes for a certain node in the expand event of that node and in the Collapse event I am removing all these nodes and adding a temporary node to display the plus sign beside that node. If I expand and collapse that node very quickly for about 5 or 6 times at one stage it is displaying only the temporary node which I have added in the collapse event. It is not firing the expand event where we add our original nodes.How can I solve this problem?
