>We are having problems with even the tech people over this it is like some of them don't know VFP at all. My main concern is the data conversions with dates to strings and vise versa VFP 5.0 drops the four digit date when this happens. Do you know if they used this in their code? or does anyone. It seems that I can not get SBT to sign off on our custom work that we had them do. We have done some prelim testing and are about to move into a serious Y2K testing enviroment in two weeks, I was wondering what I could expect?

Do you have the data back? If so, open the dbf in the foxpro editor. modi comm my_table. You will see your dates with the 4 digit year, assuming that SBT did convert your data into a DATE field.
We have big troubles with the PRO3 dates. My tax certificates are always getting rejected becasue SBT cannot understand that 12/31/2019 is a year in the future. Instead it writes 12/31/1919 to the database.
You had SBT do work for you? Was it SBT itself or a reseller? If SBT what office? Hotlanta?
