ox = createobject('Form') is much better than the old define window, you can still use it in window commands, but you can control the look through object commands instead of the awful define window syntax.
ox.createobject('form')
ox.name = 'TEST'
ox.caption = 'Sample Browse Window'
select table
browse window test
