I am having trouble creating a pivot table programmatically - I can do it interactively, but I am using data from a view and when i call up the builder, it doesn't allow me to select a view, only tables.

One more problem - i get a "must use a shared database" message (along with the other error messages....!) and for the life of me I don't think the the database is set to be exclusive, although some tables may be..

any help would be appreciated!
