If you want to McGyver it, you could use REPORT FORM xx PREVIEW NOWAIT and
use a hot-key combination to reactivate the menu. Like using F8 as a hotkey
to the menu and use KEYBOARD '{F8}'.

Of course you'll also need a paper clip, bubble gum, and an old shoe ;)
