Argg! I got the same problem a few weeks back and cannot for the life of me remember how I solved it. I do know that I was building the grid on-the-fly at run-time. Are you doing that? Also: have you tried reducing the grid to just one column to simplify the problem?

Hmmmm, this is going to drive me crazy until I remember what the problem was, perhaps I'll post again... (Sorry not to be of more help)

When the form opens the grid appears with the data showing, but immediately I get an error "'field' phrase is not found". When I close the error box the grid disappears, leaving a white box in it's place. I cannot find that error in Help, so what does it mean?
