Hmmm. It seems i didn't read the message to well...

Well If your on the last object of a page and hit enter, the focus should be set to the page tab. When on the page tab, you could switch tabs by using the arrows keys.

Since you want to do it differently, I think you have to make some class of the pageframe with some mechanism build in like the others suggested.
