I've pasted only the part for that one table - but it's still missing document header etc, which I'd recomment to do by creating an empty doc in WordPad (hoping it would be shorter than in Word), and stuffing the content between TEXT...ENDTEXT, just using the textmerge to change some document properties like date, author etc.
