Open your Windows folder. There you will find a Cookies directory.
Delete the Microsoft cookie your_username@microsoft.txt. It may be the
old cookie that is causing the problem. The error has been fixed, so
there is no need to worry about the acceptance of cookies. Soon we will
be able to dynamically generate pages for you based on the type of Site
Builder member you are.
