Ok. I tried the transform with the same result. You may not be able to do what you want, though I must tell you I am unfamiliar with the listbox syntax. You can do what you want by loading the fields into an array and displaying the array inside the listbox instead of the fields.

You can than do transforms and iifs when loading from the fields into the array.
