Hi Larry:

Try looking up one of several earlier threads about removing the embedded printer identification that gets stored in the FRX whenever you edit it. There was also a FoxPro Advisor article in March (? I think) that covered ways to strip out the stuff you don't need and which gets in the way if the reports are printed on a different printer than the default printer when the report was edited. Basically you need to clear the EXPR, TAG, and TAG2 fields in only the 1st record of the FRX, opened as a table -- but not remove any orientation, page size, etc. directives there. I promised to post my version of the FPA source code here, but haven't had time yet...

In any case, if the remote sites have printers that are not the same as the one you had as your default at the time of last editing a report form, that is the likely cause. Wish Micro$oft would change this.
