Alright... here goes.

What to do on the Windows95 WS...
1. Go to Network properties
2. Select IPX/SPX
3. Go to the Netbios tab
4. Check the box labeled - I want to enable Netbios over Ipx/Spx
5. Reboot the machine

For the NT Server

1. Go to network properties
2. Select the Bindings tab
3. Expand the Server service
4. Highlight Nwlink IPX/SPX Compatible Transport
5. Press the disable button on bottom of the dialog box
6. Reboot the server

I hope this helps you, this took about 76 hours of logged time with Microsoft.
