Actually, I would really appreciate looking at how U use this xtab thing. Do you interact with the VFP Report Writer? I know I can create a cross tab query, but what do I do with the cross tab query once it is created. Do U write functions within the VFP Report Form to process the corss tab functionality?

The reason I would prefer to use the VFP Report Writer is for the preview utility. I have previously written routines which send cross tab reports out directly to the printer via @x,y SAY. This worked well, except it was a pain for the preview option. I had to write to a file and then do a MODI COMM xFile. It did not look as smooth as the VFP Report Writer Preview. So, any input would be great... Steve.
