Are you seeing any offsets in the data? WHat I mean is the data being shifted to the right or left, out of its columns?

I have had that problem moving files accross the network. Sometimes when it happens, the delete flag for that record gets set.

Other than that, I have no idea. I would suspect a user has gotten bored and has started deleting the records.
