Take a look in the the files section for the excel constant file that will help alot. You can also jump over to www.truegeeks.com under downloads you will find a excel macro to vfp converter. I don't want to over sell this thing, but it will save you some code time. All you do is record the macro in excel, copy and paste it into this program window and it will do a lot of the SIMPLE stuff for you.
