Here goes:-

In Excel, go to View, Toolbar, Visual Basic then click on Visual Basic Editor.
Then go to View, Object Browser (or press F2).

This will give you the COMPLETE list of objects including all the classes, methods, and properties available for Excel.

You can do the same with Word also!

There's not much help there but you can certainly find out a lot more. I've done some great things with Word based on using this list.
