I tried the create sql view approach in a prg, and one view at a time from the command line, and from myform.dataenvironment.opentables, and all give the same results, on running the main form, "Base table fields have changed and no longer match view fields, View field properties cannot be set". I still have NOT changed the base table fields, and no one else has the rights or passwords to do so. I am now a week late getting this %^&$%#@% program out to the users and getting more frustrated every day.
