AFAIK, I don't think this is possible, when you drop down a list you can see multiple columns by setting the columncount to greater than 1, but after you click on a value the value in the first column is returned and only it is visible. You may, however, experiment with the InterActiveChange Event to change the DisplayValue property to what you are expecting.
