Absolutely. All VFP executables, including in-process servers of all sorts, require the VFP proper VFP runtime libraries to work - in fact, you need to make certain to include the MT runtime libraries when you distribute an MTDLL to people who don't already have either VFP6 SP3 installed or a previous installation of the SP3 MT runtime.
