I am dumping data into an Excel spreadsheet via OLE and am not quite sure of syntax for formatting the sheet.

I have tried recording a macro in excel and then editing it to find out the syntax excel wants, but when i run the code I get nothing but error messages....

I don't have a problem resizing columns or getting data in, but rather with alignment within a cell or chaning font sizes and attributes i.e. bold etc

any help appreciated
