These mappings are stored in the registry, ad are not accessible to VFP. You can, however, export this branch of the registry to a .reg file:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\6.0\Options\IntelliDrop\FieldTypes

and then import it before you start VFP. Your programmers are sharing workstations?
