Erik, (a man after my own heart)

I know about the Windows key, and the menu key (are there combinations for the menu key?) but what is the 3rd key you mention? I find that reaching out to the side for the mouse made my neck/shoulders hurt, so I got an ergo kb with a trackball between my thumbs, and also began using kb shortcuts. No more hurts.
