Here is an exact email from a user of my app:

"I had this happen last week, then again this morning: I order (the app) to print 2 copies of the Production Report as I do every morning.
It prints the first, as it is ordered to do, in Portrait style. The second copy is printed in Landscape.
I immediately order another copy. I do not change the Set Up. The third copy is printed correctly in Portrait style. ... snip "

These reports are printed noprompt - I have a separate button (The 'Set up' he refers to) for setting printer settings if they desire.

I have seen this before - other users have mentioned it occasionally. I make sure to blank out tag1 and tag2 and remove all but the ORIENTATION line in EXPR (in the frx), so it should work the same everytime. Any idea why it won't print the direction it is supposed to every time?
