Hi Craig
I did search their knowledge base with no luck. I was just prototyping my com server with the Crystal Reports component that came with Visual Studio 6. I figured if I could get everything working OK, and there was any additional functionality I needed, I would upgrade to Crystal 7. By the way, this has nothing to do with running crystal in the com server. I just dropped the Crystal ocx on a test form and ran the code I sent you (modified to reference the ocx directly). After creating the file and closing the test form, the temp data file is still locked. Have to shut down VFP to delete it.
Thanks
Bill
