The quick and dirty explanation is that C0000005 was a kinda catch all error in VFP 6. I used "was" cause C00000005 has pretty much disappered once SP 3 came out. Anyways, that's my best recommendation, download SP3 for Visual Studio or VFP to hopefully make the error go away.
