I'm not sure but I beleive it has some thing to do with MS Terminal Server. As I recall there was an article I read that said you had to install programs on the MS Terminal Server differently. I'm pretty sure I read it in SQL mag (from the guys who write windows NT) or maybe not. I'm not using MS Terminal Server anywhere so just placed it in the back of my mixed up mind.
