Going from memory, Mark, I think that approx. 5 people voiced agreement to a "Wish Discussion" category, 1 hedged (OK if not too much work for Michel) and *NONE* voiced against.
Though limited for sure, the "debate" was ignored. And I use "ignored" deliberately, because using the prior method (e-mail directly to Michel) there was *no* response ever that way either.
For what it's worth, I really don't see a problem with even many more categories. I cannot see what harm would come, while it might help people to think a little differently about some issues.
Finally, last week there were 5 people maximum in the Friday conference at one time. *IF* the numbers were anywhere near that this week, then why would those "votes" be definitive??

>Was Michel Fournier on the conference? I agree with Nancy about not being able to defend her suggestion in the Chatter section. I would have the same opinion with respect to the suggestors of the Suuggestion and Wish categories. I have no opinion on whether these categories should exist, just that they should be debated in the chatter where expected.
