Well, I'll throw my 2 cents in, too! TAKE JIM'S ADVICE. I've cludged it by getting FP2.6 Win apps so they are running in VFP just so I can share data - silly me - I should have left them alone and used local views to free tables... So now I'm stuck with modifying the running system in FP 2.6, testing the changes in 6.0 all while I'm trying to stay ahead of the game by developing new in VFP. I couldn't contemplate what a disaster it would be like if I were on FPD. YOU DON'T WANT TO DO THIS.
