There is a product called DynaZip that is sold by Hallogram (I think) that is PKZIP compatible and has examples included for using with VFP and other languages by calling their DLLs. Haven't looked at it recently, but an early version looked pretty attractive, and others have mentioned it here in recent weeks... Also PKWARE itself sells a compilable compression library, but I don't believe it is usable with VFP -- you might want to check with them in case I'm wrong. Other threads here have also involved calling WinZip and other compression tools. If you want to know how to 'roll your own', I can't help you.
