I use Codemine and find support to be sometimes marginally delayed but I always get the answer I need from Dave Lehr. Has Dave not given you the answer you need or not responded at all? Try contacting Dave directly as I am sure he would prefer to help than get "bad support" publicity on an open forum.

Are you trying to run the screen with no menu at all - just like a Top Level application?
