Hi Gary,
Thanks for the answer. Dave at Codemine support was just great in helping me. As you said, support was delayed & I had a deadline to make so I was getting impatient. He then spent a lot of time on the phone with me and stayed on the phone while I "fixed" my application. It now does exactly what I wanted it to do. SO I'd like to give him "great support" publicity.

Try contacting Dave directly as I am sure he would prefer to help than get "bad support" publicity on an open forum.
