Well, it already is... over here :). It's perfect, except I often have to bail out to read something to my youngest daughter before sleep.

We can't possibly have a chat time which would suit everybody. Even with the famous "floating business hours" many of the coders have, it's still impossible to have some time of the day when everyone's available. Even if we did it on weekends, we'd cut off those who can't connect from home. Can't please them all.
