Glad I got you in the right direction, even if my specific suggestions didn't take care of it. Good Luck.

I had noticed it hanging on the DBC file on the progress when building, when I took the database from the project it built clean, worthless, but clean:). Put the database in a new project, hang. Thanks for your response, it got me on the right path.

>>Have you tried the PROJECT Menu pulldown for 'Cleanup Project - F5' ? You might try, FILE->SAVE AS with a different project name, then rebuild that one. This has the effect of clearing out all compiled code stored in the OBJECT field in the PJX, which forces a Compile All on the next build. You could also just check that box for Compile All. If all else fails, you could save a backup of the existing project, open it up as a table and replace all OBJECT with "", then close it, open the project and build it. Other than that, all I can suggest is to just start over with a new project file from scratch...
