I came pretty close to abandoning this. This version is different than the one you saw. My problems then were twofold, doing more than 16 colors and having a UI. A work project led me to the solution for the colors (16, 256 and 24 bit color are supported). The interface fell into place as soon as I dropped the idea of making it anything more than a front end to the forms collection.

Still, it took longer than expected. Things kept coming up that kept me from doing the doc. Yesterday, I finally said, "Enough is enough. Let's put a lid on this" and finished it.
