We are using Tim Hockin's scroll panel that is in the files section. It 2 contianers, the inner most contianer's top is changed to bring fields into view. You should down load it and see if it will work for you.

I have 1 screen that is almost 3000 pixels high if all of the individual containers are required. A VFP screen can only be approximately 1750 pixes high, so with my current design, I couldn't use a VFP scrollable form, which requires the use of formsets. Our maintenance forms use a grid at the top for the user to select the record to edit, and a scroll panel below that contains all entry controls.
