True. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, they just never tell you the picture is only 16 pixels sqare :)

You may want to look up the local AdFed for your region. You should be able to find some freelance graphic designers there. http://www.aaf.org/ is the national site, and should have a link to a local chapter.
