Does anyone know if the Report's Dataenvironment can be referenced from within the report so that methods can be called or properties that are added to the Dataenvironment be manipulated?

I am trying to instantiate a Custom Class in the INIT of the Dataenvironment to be attached to the Report itself so that methods can be called from within the report that are in the custom class. I will try to instantiate a Custom Class from a report variable and see if that works. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
