They are still open for biz. Closed about 80 of their least profitable stores and are trying to make a go of it. They are in competition only here in the US but when you are # 3 or 4 in the pecking order and your competition starts to invade your turf, and they are better at what you do.......

They are into us for under a half mill US. That's a big rind of cheese for our small company.
