You contradict yourself ... I believe we should choose also - so why "SHOULD" we use visual tools? Because they are there? Because they are "visual"? I believe the right answer is that we should use whatever we are most comfortable with that allows us to do the work with the highest quality and most effeciency ... and be open minded enough to look at new ways as they come along.
