>I received my BackOffice 4.5 within two weeks of registering my VS 6.0 online. The VS SP3 is another story: I have received (between personal copies and office copies) six SP3 cd's. Five have been defective. Seems MS has a new packaging scheme for cd's that lets them move around inside the box during transit, smearing glue from the protective cover seal and scratches all over the cd. MS has been real good about sending replacements but it sure has been a hassle. Also, I can't seem to get in touch with anyone at MS to let them know about the problem. The folks in Customer Service were not real sure who to contact.
