I think it means that they'll only release the data as a group. For example, 80% of the people visiting make more than (some amount) per year, instead of Joe User makes $21,213.43 a year. Of course, it could also mean that they won't sell your information directly but will provide your name/e-mail address/etc. to some third party as part of some demographic - which kind of sucks.
