adesknews.autodesk.com

The ng's are moderated and frequented by quite a few knowledgeable people.

Try the autodesk.autocad.customization.vba or autodesk.autocad.customization newsgroups, someone there should be able to help you.

You might also be able to get there from thier www site www.autodesk.com and look for the professional networking site.
