Take a look at TraxTime from Spud City Software (www.spudcity.com). It will do what you are looking for with the possible exception of the type of time, but you could probably derive that from the raw data. A "manager's version" is available to combine multiple users' records into a single report. Reports can be directed to a delimited file, from there it's easy to write a small piece of code to bring this data into Fox.
