How's England? Long time no hear from. Ok, I'll try to explain. I did take your suggestion and added the requery after the rowsource and to no avail. The are three checkboxes. Those checkboxes all have their own table with different data in them. If the user selects CheckBox A, then in Combo box's row source should be populated with CheckBox A's table. And the same goes for if they select any of the other choices.

Does that clear things up? Here's some of the code ......

ThisForm.ItemNumber.ROWSOURCE = CORR_REG.QUEST_NUM
ThisForm.ItemNumber.Requery()
