go to note pad, type your command line in

NET TIME \\server /SET /YES

then, on the file menu, select save as, then put in the file name you wish to call it, but with an extenstion off .bat

then in the start up folder put a short cut to that batch file.
or use the run command to run the command you want to run with in an exe
