You will have to checkout sysmetrics() and fontmetrics(). If you don't mind me asking, what is the point of this? I doesn't sound like a good idea to me. Another method (probably laughable to everyone other than me) is to instantiate a label object on the screen, and change its colors and postition to where you want it!
