Anyway, you could test that by moving everything on the report away from the bottom edge to see if the problem still occurred...if so, maybe it's some kind of strange page eject problem...

Is it one COMPUTER or one NETWORK LOGON? If the latter, it may be related to how you are setup on the network. Some networks default to an extra page-eject after every print job.
