I think I remember a thread a good while back to you, Vlad and i participated in, in which Vlad indicated there was a system bug in NT that affected one of these functions, LoadCursor() or SetSystemCursor() I believe. Pretty hazy in my mind now but you might search on the "cursor" keyword, or I think he entered a FAQ about cursors that might address this issue. Sorry I can't be more help.
